We are happy to announce that the famous Greek Director Pantelis Voulgaris will be present during 1st Karditsa International Short Film Festival Opseis. As this year’s festival will be in honour of Pantelis Voulgaris, his Short Film “Jimis the Tiger” will be screened and the Editor, Writer and Director Yiannis Soldatos will make a short speach about him.
